Whether you are looking for a way to build strength to supplement your aerial practice or you are looking for a super fun way to get in shape, Circus Strong is the class for you. Using body weight resistance, Circus Strong students will work on large muscles groups in the upper body and core as well as small stabilizer muscles. Instruction will focus on safety and control and is tailored to the skill and strength level of each individual student.
