Contortion Prep focuses not only on building overall flexibility and range of motion, but also on the strength required to support hyper-mobility. This class will include stretching and contortion techniques. These techniques are valuable to all athletes of all types wanting to achieve a more flexible physique.

Length: 85 minutes
Prerequisites: A session of Strength & Flexibility and splits within a few inches of down and a comfortable bridge.
