youth-contortion-prepContortion focuses not only on building overall flexibility and range of motion, but also on the strength required to support hyper-mobility. This class will include handstands, flexibility, stretching techniques and contortion. These techniques are valuable to all athletes of all types wanting to achieve a more flexible physique.

Ages: 7-17

Prerequisites: All splits within a few inches of down and a comfortable bridge.

Tuition: $365/12wks
