This class is great for students that have taken a previous trampoline class and want to increase the control of their body and its mobility in a new and fun way. We will learn how to use the wall to walk and dance in style! Come to class to improve your aerial and spatial awareness using the walls surrounding the trampoline.

Prerequisites: Level 2 Trampoline or the ability to complete 15 consecutive backdrops (dead bug bounces) and the ability to travel dead bugs forward (towards feet), the ability to build height in dead bugs (minimum 5 feet), and at least working on traveling dead bugs backwards (toward head) or instructor approval
