Fabulous and fun fitness!

Strength and Flex is a supplemental class for extra exercise, movement, and stretching for general circus classes.  It is good for all specialties and focuses on body awareness and control.  The general structure of the class is cardio at the beginning, low impact body weight exercises in the middle, and some general stretching at the end.

Prerequisites: none
Tuition: $315/14wks for the Fall Session; $100 as a supplemental class
