Position Title: Facility Janitorial Employee
Employment Type: Part-Time
Schedule: 2-3 hours per day, 5 days per week
Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
Work Hours: Morning shifts between 5:30am – 8:30am
Reports To: Susie Williams, Assistant Director, Operations and Productions

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Janitorial Employee. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all users. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, trustworthy, and thorough in their work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming: Clean general use areas throughout the facility, ensuring no debris is left behind.
• Mopping and Floor Scrubbing: Maintain cleanliness on hard flooring in designated areas.
• Restroom Cleaning: Sanitize and restock restrooms, ensuring they are hygienic and fully functional.
• Dusting: Remove dust from surfaces, furniture, and equipment to maintain a polished and neat appearance.
• Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in the appropriate receptacles.
• Inspection: Conduct routine inspections to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintaining Equipment: Keep cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order. 
• Documenting: Maintain records of all work performed to facilitate coordination with office staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and thoroughness.
• Trustworthy and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
• Hardworking and proactive in completing tasks efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

• Work hours are flexible, ensuring tasks are completed while the facility is not in use.
• Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided by the employer.
• Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines is required.
