Jasmine Manuel is a circus artist and acrobat who started out as an obsessed fan, eating barbeque wings and watching Cirque du Soleil’s Varekai every night in middle school. SANCA provided inspiration, training, and encouragement and she went on to join the youth performance troupe. She spent 3 years studying graphic design at SPU before realizing that she made more time for tightwire than typography. She is a founding member of the IMPulse Circus Collective.
Jasmine still enjoys art, illustration, and hand lettering. She has a cat named Banksy who likes to play fetch. So far, she has dyed her hair purple, red, blue and pink. Future colors pending.
