Run away with the circus for a day and bounce, tumble, juggle, balance, or even fly! Our parties are great for birthdays, youth organizations, family reunions, graduations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or just for an excuse to get together with friends! Whether you would like to walk on the tightwires or fly through the air, SANCA has the party activities for you and your friends!

No experience is necessary to enjoy our energetic circus parties or the thrill of our flying trapeze parties!

Two types of parties: both offer fun activities and great memories

Circus Party

Circus Parties (ages 6+) for Everyone!


Circus Parties are 2 hours long: a 90 minute class of 3 activities followed by 30 minutes in one of our party rooms! Possible activities include Trampoline, Basic Tumbling, Tightwire, Juggling, Aerial Fabric, Static Trapeze, and Unicycle.

Circus Parties for up to 6 participants will be $250 for the 90 minute class AND the additional 30 minutes afterwards in one of our party rooms. You may include up to 12 participants for an additional fee.

Current booking options are for Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 12-2pm, Saturday 3:30-5:30pm, or Sunday 3:30-5:30pm.

Parties and add-ons must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Flying Trapeze Party

Flying Trapeze Party (ages 6+): Enjoy a private two-hour class on our Fly Rig at our Emerald City Trapeze Arts location. It’s a great way to celebrate any special event!

 

The party starts with flying trapeze ground school and a quick warm-up followed by the opportunity to fly up high!

Flying Trapeze Parties are $797 for up to 8 participants, with the option to increase the student cap to 16 for an additional $50 per person.

Most of our Flying Trapeze for Everyone classes can be booked as private parties instead of classes, but we may have other times available as well.

Party Cancellation Policy

Parties that are cancelled by the client are subject to the following:

•Within 72 hours of the party there will be no rescheduling, refunds, or credits given
•Within 2 weeks of the party, no refunds will be given and any rescheduling or credit is subject to a 50% fee.
•Cancellations or rescheduling requests received more than 2 weeks prior to the party may be rescheduled without additional charges or refunded in full.

Party FAQs

Participants should wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing with no buttons, buckles or zippers. Shoes will be taken off during activities. Socks are recommended for Flying Trapeze Parties, but optional for Circus Parties. We also recommend wearing pants or tights that cover the backs of your knees for Flying Trapeze.

Yes! You can contact us at any time with changes to your party. Please note that 12 participants is the maximum for our General Circus Party and 8 participants is the maximum for our Flying Trapeze Parties!

  • The Flying Trapeze Party is 2 hours.

No, your party will come with 1-2 highly trained coaches and a lesson plan for optimal safety and fun.

While we cannot guarantee any specifically requested activities for a party due to space constraints, you are welcome to send [email protected] any requests you may have for your party and we will try our best to make it happen!

Circus is for every body. No matter your age or gender, everyone will have fun during your circus party! Our coaches are highly specialized and trained to work with all bodies, identities, and abilities.

No. To ensure safety in our gym for everyone, we can currently only allow up to 2 designated adults to observe the party. Parents who only want to watch are welcome to stay, provided they do not go on any equipment. All other non-participating attendees will be asked to remain upstairs in the party room. Due to capacity reasons, we cannot offer our public waiting room for party observation use.

Adults that wish to try equipment during the party count as party participants and need to be paid for, so that our coaches know to watch out for them. Adults should not go on SANCA equipment without a coach.

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring food and drink to your party. However, please keep in mind that we do not have a refrigerator/freezer for you to use and you will need to supply your own plates, utensils, napkins, etc. We also please ask that you refrain from using any candles out of safety concerns regarding open flames.
For Circus Parties, you will have 30 minutes in one of our party rooms after the circus class for snacks and celebration! While participating in activities in the main space, we ask that water be the only food/drink consumed. While in the party room, you may choose to spend that time however you please! Please be mindful of the time you have in the party rooms and do not overstay your 30 minutes as we do need to share these rooms with additional SANCA programs.
For our Flying Trapeze Parties, there are moments between turns that are perfect for grazing. If you would like to book an additional half hour of time after your party to eat or open presents, you can do so for an additional $30. The extra half hour will not be extra fly time or circus time, just some space for you and your party guests to eat and relax!

Please try to pick up after yourselves and keep the room relatively neat, but we will also have coaches help with clean up after your guests have vacated.

“Oh my gosh there is only one word I can think of to describe my child’s birthday party: AWESOME!! We booked a FLYING TRAPEZE birthday party. The staff was very flexible, worked will all abilities and accepted that there were kids who just wanted to watch, no pressure. They did an amazing job at keeping kids feeling safe even though it was a pretty intense experience.  Since two of the kids didn’t want to try, I decided to go. Now…. if I can do it anyone can.
