Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
The Director will develop, implement, and monitor programs that promote IDEA within the company. Responsible for developing training and initiatives to create and foster an open and inclusive environment. Partner with Human Resources (HR) for employee relations and diversity-related issues. This position is a full-time Salary, 40 hours a week position. The salary range (Director level) for the position is $61,000 – $79,000.

Maintenance and Janitorial Manager
This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities. The Maintenance and Janitorial Manager will take the lead with ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and presentable at all times. This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary between $40,000 – $60,000 per year.

Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant (AA) is a member of the Office Staff and is responsible for providing administrative and office support to the Office Manager. The AA position is currently part-time and hours will fluctuate depending on specific events occurring within the organization. Hours are currently estimated at 12-18 hours per week with the majority of hours falling on weekends and weekday evenings. The salary range for the position is$20 per hour.

Flying Trapeze Coach
A flying trapeze coach is responsible for teaching recreational flying trapeze as part of a three-coach team to students aged 4 and up. Currently, these classes are session-based but may revert to single-serving classes as COVID restrictions ease. Regardless, coaches must be able to quickly engage with each student, evaluate his or her individual level, and set out a personalized plan to help progress toward his or her goals. The salary range for the position is $19 – $25 per hour.

Circus Access Programs (CAP) Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant (AA) is a member of the Circus Access Programs Staff and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Circus Access Programs Manager. Circus Access Programs refers to SANCA’s Social Circus and Every Body’s Circus (EBC) programs. Previous administrative experience preferred. Compensation: $23.00/hour.

Camp Volunteer
Description: SANCA offers an extensive day camp program for children age 6 and up. Our day camps allow students to develop physical skills, increase confidence, build self-esteem and get physically fit.
